This 120 calorie blackberry lime vodka spritzer features fresh fruit and all natural honey syrup- no artificial sweeteners.
Okay, so it’s summer. I don’t know about you, but I love a nice refreshing fruity drink when I’m out in the sun. My summer go to (other than my Natural Skinny Marg) is vodka with some muddled fruit and a splash of honey syrup topped with seltzer water-or an alcoholic seltzer- if I’m being completely honest.
So what’s honey syrup?
If you have time to prep for this drink, mix 1 cup of honey with 1/2 cup of water over medium heat and stir until the honey is combined. If you don’t have time to prep, use half the amount of honey syrup in this recipe and be sure to mix the drink really well at the end.
What vodka should you use for this blackberry lime vodka spritzer?
Whatever you want. I go with Tito’s, Cathead, or Kettle One. If you’re actually reading this recipe you probably already have a vodka preference. Very adult of you.
Enough of that, let’s make some drinks. Grab a muddler or a big spoon and gather the following…
Blackberry Lime Vodka Spritzer Ingredients
- 1.5 oz vodka
- .5 oz lime juice
- 2 tsp honey syrup
- 5 blackberries
- 1 lime
- Seltzer water of your choice – I use Aldi brand (blackberry flavor)
Add the blackberries and half of a lime wedge to your glass along with the honey syrup. Muddle these ingredients together with a muddler or large spoon. Add the lime juice and vodka and stir. Add your ice, and top with seltzer water. Garnish with a lime wedge.

That’s it! I love this drink, at only 120 calories and low sugar it tastes like your robbing the calorie gods.
Enjoy this on it’s own or with my (not low calorie) Cast Iron Spinach Artichoke Dip.
