- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Espresso grounds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- any additional add ins you like
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix with your hands.
Form into 22 equal sized balls and place on a baking sheet or plate. Freeze for 10 minutes so that balls can slightly harden, then transfer to the refrigerator.
