Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Banana Oat Balls

- 3 bananas mashed
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 4 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Add the first six ingredients into a bowl and combine.
Drop a tablespoon of the mixture onto a freezer safe baking sheet or baking mat. Arrange the balls so they are not touching. The mixture will be slightly loose. Freeze for 15 minutes or until solid.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil using your preferred method. I use the double boiler method.
Once the balls are solid, dip them into the chocolate and top with additional coconut flakes. Freeze until the chocolate is solid and transfer to a freezer safe container. Store in the freezer. Enjoy!
